By downloading or using Beeli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Beeli is a personal, on-device tool for organizing important dates and private memories.
Permitted use
You may use Beeli for your own personal, lawful purposes. You may create and manage keepsakes, memories, photos, and future letters that you have the right to store on your device.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, dates, photos, and other content you enter or select. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you store in the app, and you must not use Beeli to store unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
Local operation
Beeli does not require an account and is designed for local storage. Local reminders depend on iOS notification settings, device time, and the choices you make in the app. The app cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered. Optional Face ID protection depends on the capabilities and settings of your device.
Deletion and availability
You can edit or delete local content through the app's available controls. Deleting local data may be permanent after any short undo period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features as needed for maintenance, compatibility, or legal reasons.
Intellectual property
Beeli, its name, visual design, software, and original materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain rights to the content you create, subject to the rights of others.
Disclaimers
Beeli is provided for personal organization and remembrance. It is not a backup service, emergency alert service, legal record, or professional advice. Countdown and date results depend on the device calendar, time zone, and the information you enter. Use your own judgment for important dates and decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its contents are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored content, missed reminders, device failure, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app or its practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of Beeli after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
